- Prepares, organizes and manages customer quotes, contracts, invoices and COT’s

- Coordinate with the warehouse and transportation personnel to ensure vehicles are delivered on time
|
- Follow-up on PDI procedures and coordinate with the relevant personnel to ensure vehicles are delivered up to the required standards
|
- Record/input sales releases, reservations, cancellations, exchanges, hand-overs and information onto the SAP sales information system, along with full customer details/choices and produce
|
- Keep stock of standard sales forms and catalogues for use on showroom/s to assist the sales team. Keep stock and order materials and stationery.
|
- Produce periodical reports to keep management abreast of the status of vehicles inventories, deliveries, PDI status and sales activities
|
- Maintain copies of delivery notices and sales orders and ensure the document cycle is complete Issue vehicles sales invoices
|
- Coordinate with the finance and traffic departments for the required documentation and authorizations
|
- Undertakes other sales admin activities requested from his direct supervisor
|
- Liaise with sales executives and ensure they receive relevant copies of letters, price lists, memo’s, reports and standard forms
|
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
|
- Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so
