About the Job
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US to share information about the company and sell our service by following sales scripts
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active and inactive calls
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process
  • Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
  • Generate leads list from different available online sources
  • Utilize CRM to keep track of all sales calls & update the database of prospective client information
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
  • As all of our clients are based in the U.S.A, the employee must be fluent in English and has previous experience in dealing with such clients.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Previous cold calling experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
