Job Description
Since, our business model is very unique and requires a specific type of Real Estate Agents, therefore, we need the Recruiter to do the following: 1. Find potential agents, 2. Present our business model to them, 3. Finalize the recruitment process with them. This job is a mix between 2 jobs Recruiter and Sales.
Tasks:
- Finding and calling potential agents based on office’s criteria
- Screening of potential agents
- Conducting meetings with potential agents
- Presenting office's business opportunity to potential agents
- Scheduling appointments with potential agents for Management
- Reporting:
- Conversion Sheet
- Database on CRM
- Accessing company's online portal for continuous exposure to new ideas
- Cooperating with the marketing for relevant tasks and channels:
- Designs
- New channels or portals (if available)
- Arranging meetings appointments on Google calendar
- Attending relevant trainings at Head Office
