  • Ppresents the company's strategic plan and project to build a brand name and a target reputation in the real estate market
  • Set marketing goals for the company, and strive to implement them to ensure profits.
  • Implementing the marketing plans, with the need to develop them in a way that preserves the company’s prominent position, as well as enhances its competitiveness.
  • Follow up on advertising programs for marketing, assess the degree of their response, and thus identify deficiencies and weaknesses in them, while ensuring that they are addressed and resolved.
  • Concluding various agreements, especially with advertising agencies; In order to implement advertising campaigns.
  • To supervise the preparation and development of marketing and sales plans and studies and follow up on their implementation.
  • Supervising the development of plans for promotion, advertising and sales offers in coordination with the Sales Department.
