Strategy formulation:

  • Works cross-functionally to develop digital strategies and programs designed to achieve specific awareness building or lead generation targets to support business viral growth
  • Develop and manage digital strategies (website, Online forums, mobile apps, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing) as a key part of an integrated marketing communications plan, defining and implementing initiatives that align with and advance corporate and commercial Marketing goals and objectives, from awareness building to lead generation to customer engagement
  • Analyze products life cycle & development plan
  • Plan the operation strategy and the Critical time Paths

Strategy execution:

  • Evaluate and recommends digital tools and platforms (e.g. - content management systems, email software) to support digital marketing strategies execution
  • Develop and support all marketing campaigns including mobile marketing, SEO, SEM, print, and online advertising

Analysis and reporting:

  • Analyze site traffic and campaign performance through the use of web analytics (including A/B testing) and conversion
  • Analyze results against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify successful strategies
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor’s data to adjust the strategy
  • Responsible for all the Technical reporting cycle

Management and capacity building:

  • Managing a team of (Creatives, Media Buyers, Developers, Copywriters, Graphic designers, video editors, Voiceovers)
  • Develop The team full working cycle and design team report and work flow charts
  • Develop & Manage the Team cooperation Matrix
  • Develop & Manage the team Authority Matrix
  • Asset in Manpower planning & Job descriptions Design for the Team
  • Review and evaluate emerging technologies and new trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing and to enhance our client's experience
  •  Manage the resources efficiently, this includes Budget, subordinates, freelancers, and vendors

Experience Needed:

7to 10years

  • Solid Experience in Content Creations and Media Production projects
  • Solid Marketing knowledge
  • Expert of KSA and Gulf market
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  •  Experience in E-commerce and Online services is proffered
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  •  Experience and passion for building great marketing campaigns.
  •  In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Strong project management skills
