Job Description
- Maintaining & updating the Admissions database.
- Setting up the annual Admissions plan with the Managing Director & Principals.
- Updating the admissions process, forms, and all templates annually.
- Updating welcome packs for new applicants. •Preparing all admissions procedures.
- Providing the admissions/finance software team with the updated list of students for the entire school and informing them of the internal transfers & students who left.
- Submitting new admissions files to the Student Affairs Office.
- Supervising the Admissions database.
- Reviewing and approving application forms.
- Sending new admissions updates to Stage Principals/Headteachers of all schools on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating & following up with security and maintenance for appraisal exam dates.
- Updating Stage Principals, Finance Department & Students Affairs Officer with any students leaving.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, PR, Economics, Communications,etc)
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and organization skills qualifications.
