  • Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Actively prospects and acquires new accounts.
  • Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
  • Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
  • Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.
  • Close the deal with the client.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Answer client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals.
Job Requirements
  • 2+ Years of experience in Real Estate.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Flexible to work in New Cairo.
