- Handling customers through (mails, calls, chats or social media channels).
- Work according to team leader’s plans & directions to maintain company’s KPIs & SLAs.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools.
- Document customer’s interactions & calls outcome to ensure a proper record of data.
