Job Description
- Manage all production related activities of the plant.
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to maintain and improve production efficiency and products’ quality.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintain, and further develop the manufacturing areas per agreed business plans and according to the company's objective.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Agriculture-Dairy Science is a plus
- Experience in Dairy production/processing is a MUST. (pasteurized milk, fresh milk, yogurt).
- Experience : 10-15 years hands-on experience (in FMCG preferably in Dairy processing).
- Well versed with GMP, HACCP and ISO standards.
- Problem-solving and a quick adaptable to change.
- People Management skills.
