Job Description
- We are seeking for a creative/experienced Stores and branches Head manager to oversee all stores operations that include expanding store traffic and optimize sales in all SASA Stores across Cairo.
- You will be responsible for driving company objectives in profit and growing the revenues, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and shrink results.
- satisfaction and report analysis
- Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Effectively schedule for the stores.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the store.
- Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring across the store
- Lead consistent evaluation and development of in-store talent
