Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and timely financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, using the Odoo system. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial records for multiple small businesses simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Manage accounting processes for multiple small businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize the Odoo system for financial data management and recordkeeping.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Provide financial insights and analyses to support management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including a senior-level role managing multiple small business accounts.
- Expertise in Odoo software for accounting and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members remotely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
