Job Description
- Supervise and coordinates the daily activities of the sales representatives team.
- Implementation of the sales plan.
- Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.
- Attending industries’ activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Meeting the agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in the market.
- To be always updated with the market trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Coach the sales representatives’ team on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services.
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Contribute ideas/feedback to direct manager that will help to develop business plan.
- Promote Company’s image, services, and products through professional presentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Pharmacy , Physician or any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Medical insurance background is required.
- Medical Rep experience is most welcomed.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation and selling skills.
- Excellent English language.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
