Job Description
- Book employees’ compensations & benefits sent form HR department in terms of stop salaries and ensure accurate salary issuance operations at branches.
- Book monthly payroll entry as per department SOP
- Register contracts related to non-operating departments expenses to ensure company rights
- Register original documents related to non-operating departments expenses to ensure alignment with budget.
- Review contracts related to non-operating exp, aligned with company policy to keep our rights.
- Proceed payment process according to contracts payment terms to save company rights
- Book Donations contracts to ensure alignment according to general assembly approval
- Maintain all SOPs related to non-operating departments expenses.
- Responsible for all maintenance expenses in terms of reviewing contracts and other procedures and paying in an appropriate time.
- Calculate & book accrual expenses & pre-paid on monthly basis according to contracts’ terms to maintain company's rights.
- Book monthly administration expenses according to its nature to ensure zero mistakes.
Job Requirements
- University degree in commerce, accounting section
- 3 - 5 years experience in same field.
- Excellent User of Microsoft Office
- Very Good Command of English Language
- Excellent Data analysis, monitoring and follow up skills
- Excellent Accuracy, Mathematics and Communication skills.
