Job Description
• Create erection and fabrication drawings with a Bill of Materials using both 3D and 2D software
• Review drawings and specifications for conflicts and errors
• Revise drawings as directed after Internal review / Approval and contract changes
• Assist fabricators with questions when necessary
• Update drawings per As-built markups
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Create PDFs of completed drawings
• Meet deadlines for assigned projects
• Conduct shop visits as needed
• Respond to production issues with a sense of urgency
• Follow and support all PBS Company Safety Policies.
• He has the ability to use engineering programs
• He has the ability to use Tekla
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineering
* 3 - 6 years of experience in steel structure detailing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Tekla experience is a must.
