Job Description
Al Adly & Co. is looking for an energetic Business development and Marketing Associate to join our ever-growing team.
Role responsibilities:
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Identifying and approaching potential clients, new business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
• prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Measure and report on the performance of the company’s digital marketing platforms.
• Analyze consumer behavior and manage the company brand internally and externally.
• Preparing proposals.
• Delivering presentations.
• Monitoring all sorts of media and identifying new opportunities.
• Managing and maintaining updates for Al Adly’s website and online social media platforms.
• Managing the publication of our newsletter and announcements.
• Managing, designing, and implementing marketing materials, campaigns, and events from ideation to execution.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategies and relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Managing, overseeing, and follow-up new projects to ensure their success and achievement of the desired goals.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to the management.
Job Requirements
What we seek in our candidate:
• Live in El Sheikh Zayed City or Giza residents.
• A degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Development, Law, or any other relevant subject.
• 2+ years of working experience in corporate business and having strong networking and connections to startups and big companies.
• Demonstrate previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web, SEO, and digital content preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other relevant Microsoft applications.
• The ability to handle the project.
• Significant attention to detail.
• The ability to show commerciality and empathy.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Proven evidence in content creation producing out-of-the-box tech content that impact internally the communication message needed to be delivered.
• Creative writing skills.
• A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Good communication skills and outgoing personality
