Job Description
- Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions
- Assist our sales team and channel Partners though generating proposals and solutions to Customers
- Prepare cost effective proposals and consistently strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of proposal generation
- Generate quality and timely proposal for customers:
- Review and interpret technical specifications and customers' requirements
- Prepare scope of work
- Prepare preliminary solution architecture
- Prepare system sizing based on the solution defined with the collaboration with TPE
- Create and define pre-sale documentation, estimate templates, and product questionnaires
- Understand Customer's technical issues, in the Customer’s vocabulary
- Able to understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions are critical skills
- Specify and manage the delivery of consulting services, e.g. in Proof of Concept & plans of installation and configuration & optimization and migration
- Build a strong relation with all 3rd parties to get them involved with PaxeraHealth projects from offering to execution
- Build strong relation with PaxeraHealth partners in collaboration from RFQs & SOW to project planning
- Cooperate with PaxeraHealth Technical Project Engineer in pre-sales & planning phases in all technical parts
- Cope with all official tools provided by the company through the whole tendering processes
- Engage in active whiteboard conversations around PaxeraHealth's technical and functional capabilities, sketch matching architectural proposals and plan technical product demos to support senior stakeholders
- Preparing weekly, monthly reports for the management
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written (technical) English
- Excellent communication skills either offline or online.
- Effective user of MS Office,
- Strong IT/ Medical Background
- Result Oriented; You keep the results in mind using the right solutions and know the communication to transmit to the customer and your colleagues
- Time Management; Great capability of time management and adaptation with different processes
- Ownership & Commitment; Fully dedication and commitments for the assignment with highly attitude

- The pre-sales engineer must be well-versed in the selling company's portfolio of products and services and keep up with new technologies entering the market
