Job Description
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Review and calculate the monthly payroll variables.
- Responsible for the Handicapped employees and ensure compliance with the Law
- Responsible for hiring and all personnel issues.
- Responsible for all the recruitment cycle.
- Developing and implementing OD, benefits and motivation programs.
- Responsible for changes implementation and compliance with the Social insurance employee share and company share
- Ensure compliance and applying of Disciplinary policy after conducting investigations with employees if required.
- Leading and managing both remotely and office staff in a good manner.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resources.
- Basic Local Labor Law knowledge is a must
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- At least 7 years experience in all HR functions
- OD Experience is a must
- Leadership Skills
- High communication skills
- Preferred experience in software industry
