- Profile and categorize customers in the existing customer's database.
- Segment the created profiles based on several categories in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop loyalty programs based on the Customers' segmentation and profiling.
- Create and generate Customers related reports when required.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Market Analyst or any other relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant major.
- Highly Analytical.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experienced in using MS Office applications and ERP systems.
