Job Description
- Allocate targets for each M.R in the team.
- Follow-up and track on a regular basis achievement versus target per M.R.
- Achieve required Market share and growth.
- Close monitor of field force activities within a specified area to achieve established sales targets.
- Coach field force on company’s products to deliver quality call.
- Ensure proper coverage of customers as per agreed action plan.
- Generate prescriptions driving sales within assigned area.
- Update database for assigned area identifying new customers and adding to the existing customer database.
- Analyze and report business potential in assigned area.
- Contribute ideas/feedback to managers and marketing team.
Promote Company’s image and products through professional presentation
Job Requirements
- BSc of Pharmacy, Science or Vet
- Previous experience in same position is a must
