About the Job

Offshore technical support agent (UAE)

Our growing call center industry is enlisted with  various responsibilities and many departments; we need a call center agent who might work in a financial department or a technical department, might work on rotational basis or fixed basis, might handle Arabic calls or receive calls in an English queue.

We have many departments like :

  • Mobile services. (Inbound)
  • Landline services. (Inbound)
  • Telesales. (Outbound)
  • Corporate lines department. (Inbound)

The working circumstances as the following:

  • Nine "9" hours shift, including one hour as a break.
  • Five "5" working days, and two days off.
