Job Description
- Monitoring Usher team performance through field visits.
- Preparing daily reports on the previous day (branch photos, expiry dates, shortages).
- Attending meetings with Sales for collaboration on display issues.
- Preparing monthly reports on expiry dates for each product.
- Following up on contract execution (maintaining display spaces).
- Developing Ushers' skills and resolving their issues.
- Monitoring competitors and their offers.
- Resolving customer issues related to product display.
- Evaluating and inspecting Ushers' visits to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree accredited by a reputable university.
- Strong English language Read & writing.
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications - Office
- Ability to solve problems.
- Strong Communication, leadership and negotiation skills
- Attention to details.
