Job Description
- Follow-up Brokerage companies, make Assessment and analysis for their performance, and Coordinating with them to provide all the required information about the project.
- Find new Brokerage companies to deal with
- Analyze work activities, and set performance measures in support of the Indirect channel's business plan.
- Analyze reports/sales results, and develop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.
- Responsible for assigning sales modules, market coverage management, and regional sales promotions and contests.
- Identify areas of opportunity to drive sales and key performance indicators productivity in national retailers.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Initiative and self-discipline.
- Proven working experience as a real estate broker.
- Proven track record of sales.
