Social Media Specialist - Pharmaceutical

Main Duties:

• Provide medical consultation for customers through social media platforms
• Prepare online posts ensuring the spelling accuracy, time schedule and data validation
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
