Job Description
- Lead & execute e-commerce & CRM strategy.
- Work closely with brands marketing teams to ensure best in class social media execution that includes marketing, monitoring, community management & advertising.
- Collaborate closely with brand managers to secure and achieve business goals (volume & value).
- Drive revenue using paid search, display, e-mail marketing & other online channels while building sustained organic traffic to the website.
- Develop and grow online E-COM loyalty programs into a best in class scheme.
- Deliver end to end customer insights via leveraging web analytics, social media and CRM tools.
- Product price analysis among other competitor sites to drive more customers generates more sales.
- Create site reporting including product selling, traffic & conversion.
- Align site content and messaging marketing calendars in partnership with our brands & products to develop promotional calendars.
- Manage all products content and data include descriptions & merchandising on the site.
Job Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in e-commerce & digital.
- Deep understanding of loyalty schemes and CRM (customer relationship management) and data analysis
- A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
- Extensive experience across multiple channels in online acquisition, brand management and marketing.
- Excellent Arabic & English written & verbal communication skills. Well organized and strong attention to details.
- High entrepreneurship, project management and stakeholders management skills are required
