About the Job
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote help desk support to end users.
  • Diagnoses and resolves end-user software, hardware, Network printer, e-mail, internet problems.
  • Track, update, and maintain help desk tickets using the incident management tool
  • Delivers, tags, set up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop / laptop hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.
Job Requirements
  • Experience 2-4 years in a similar position
  • Experience with Windows 10, 7, Androids and iPhones.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Awareness about Microsoft one drive and Microsoft intune
  • Awareness about the server room environment will be an asset.
  • Understanding of networking LAN concepts
  • Excellent language Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
