Job Description
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle customers’ requests through sales representatives, Email, Fax or Telephone calls with proper time.
- Create quotations according to customers’ specifications.
- Prepare all offers according to company rules & policies.
- Provide sales representatives with details of customers’ orders and requests for quotations, and inform them of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.
- Inform customers when goods are ready for delivery.
- Issue Letter of Guarantees.
- Create and maintain customer records, updating details when contacts change or when customers request quotations or place orders.
- Log any customer problems on the record so that sales representatives and managers have a complete picture of the customers’ interactions with the company.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or Chemical / Biomedical Engineer or Faculty of science.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same field.
- Excellent written and spoken English language.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of CRM is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure.
Work Environment
- 100% office based.
