Job Responsibilities

• Handle coding works or major / complex parts parts.
• Provide coding help and supervision to team members.
• Lead team of seniors and juniors to deliver software products.
• Guide team to follow industry best practices and guidelines.
• Design the architecture of new products/features.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP solutions.
• Focus on continuous improvement of product and processes.
• Monitor team performance and define KPIs or OKRs.
• Motivate and encourage team members to be creative, productive and committed.
• Create development plans according to individual needs.
• Recognize high performance and good behavior.
