Job Description
- Leading the backend team in terms of task management, quality and delivery for junior engineers
- Own the entire development lifecycle from specification to deployment of the product features3. Ensure quality and timely deliverables
- Developing and implementing new and highly scalable backend applications Contribute to product architecture and design to build a robust high performance secure application
- Design and develop product features and contribute to PoCs and ideation for product development and improvement
Job Requirements
Technical Profile:
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Java or node.js
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform or other cloud technologies/platforms
- Knowledge of the JVM and common tools like Maven
- Experience with TDD, unit and integration tests (JUnit)
- Experience in working with relational databases like MySQL
- Strong experience with distributed systems and RESTful services
- Good knowledge on building microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) 'Nice to have'
- Experience in Bitbucket
- Experience in Firebase
- Good Knowledge of DevOps, continuous development and continuous integration. 'Nice to have'
