Job Description
- Prepare and send a request for quotations to suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier quotations.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison.
- Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transaction issues and negotiation with selected suppliers.
- Perform an analysis of each PVN and include it with the company-approved PVN
- Ensure that the purchase requisition has clear specifications
- Review that the purchase order is compatible with the four sources approved by the company
- Ensure that the PO matches the final PR after avoiding any errors
- Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility.
- Responsible for improving procurement processes.
- Responsible for resolving invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Electrical Engineering is a Must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement.
- Alexandria Residence only
- General MS Office Program skills, especially Excel.
- Very good command of English – Speaking & writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Details oriented
