  • Cross site systems management ,
  • Manage, configure and develop Regional WAN
  • Design, maintain, develop, and evaluate all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless, and related components.
  • Identify areas for improvement. Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure. (Min 1 Recommendation/enhancement per Quarter)
  • Manage and ensure sustainability of Internet, VPN and LAN connectivity.
  • Disaster recovery site management.
  • Data center management.
  • Conduct Security assessment.
  • Document & maintain configuration for design, configuration, routines, processes and tools.
  • Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
  • Act as second line support for all IT hardware or software.
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
  • Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.
  • Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
Job Requirements
  • University degree in the field of computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Certification in at least 2 of the following [ CCNA, MCITP, MCSE, VMware, Blade Servers ] or 2 years extensive experience per area..
  • 3+ years’ experience in infrastructure or similar Position.
  • Good knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
  • Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including ITIL, Service Desk tools, VMware, Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, Networking passive & active components, Business continuity techniques and tools, and Information Security.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
  • Ability to work with min supervision.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
  • Keen attention to detail.
