About the Job
  • The mission of the reporting analyst is to ensure the production and delivery of customer reports (Internal/External) Continuous improvement of existing reports and participation in the implementation of innovative systems while ensuring compliance with reporting delivery.
  • Standardize reporting across processes, functions, towers and regions.
  • Provide essential reports that give visibility in all aspects to the management team.
  • Present cost effective solutions to operations and management teams based on the data and assessment provided.
Job Requirements
  • 1-2 years of Call Center experience
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • High familiarity with Power Bi
  • Working as a workforce reporting in a call center is a MUST
