Job Description
- Make constant follow-ups on leads through phone calls, emails, and InMails, etc.
- Manage the pipeline of leads and opportunities and constantly move them to the next stage within the time frame given.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Prepare for meetings, presentations and company briefing.
- Contact potential Clients through (Emails-Mobile)
- Find new leads and initiate potential customers.
- Update the company's client's database.
- Close agreements to maximize profits.
- Maintain trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments such as the sales team and marketing working on the same account.
- Handle client's problems by finding appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in Real Estate, marketing, architectural and interior design
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use CAD, Ms. Office.
- Microsoft Projects or Primavera is a Huge PLUS
