Job Description
- Follow up on, receive and Revise suppliers’ invoices.
- Follow up on and solve suppliers' issues.
- Make sure that the performed maintenance are upon the maintenance schedule.
- Record invoices on the finance system.
- Issue account statement for each supplier per every period.
- Issue and deliver cheques.
- Preparing tax rebates.
- Responsible for all accruals.
- responsible for the annual vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare various reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
- 4+ years of experience as a treasury or Banks Accountant.
- Good Command of English Language.
- Very good user of Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills, Error-detection, Attentive to Details, Time Management.
- Knowledge of the local accounting principles.
- Sheraton, Heliopolis or Nasr City Residents.
