Job Description
- Create new training courses and evaluate existing ones.
- Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
- Help maintain a clean, well-organized Training center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment
- Ensure that academic and logistical follow-up systems are being properly observed to ensure up-to-date metrics and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate l performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Troubleshoot and handle important clients and client cases
- To display confidence, self-belief and openness to new ideas, adapting and embracing challenges and opportunities with a determination to excel.
- To be responsible for the onboarding process for new employees through an excellent and comprehensive training process.
Job Requirements
- Degree - preferably in business administration or any business-related field.
- Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills
- Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
- Experience in management development and soft skills training
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong people management and leadership skills
