Job Description
The desired candidate will be responsible for the following functions within the supply chain department:
- Procurement
- Inventory Management & Cost Control
- Warehouse Management
- Transportation of meals and products to sites
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant position in hotels & restaurants business.
- Has a bachelor's degree.
- Very good English language both written and spoken.
- He should be able to design the required processes, policies & procedures to all sub-functions above.
- Should cooperate with Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager to fulfill all operational needs and design the needed processes to automate the ordering process and maintain healthy sufficient stock providing timely delivery of meals & products to clients.
- Should have the experience in working on different inventory management systems
