Job Description
- Analyzes & tests raw and packaging materials, intermediates and finished products, in addition to performing analytical method transfer bulk and raw material re-testing according to the approved protocols and specifications independently.
- Responsible for close supervision of all routine analysis steps done by Q.C. junior analyst and highlighting any deviations noticed to the Section Head.
- Performs, supervises and maintains GLP, safety regulations and high standards of the lab. performance and housekeeping.
- Responsible for reporting Product Annual Review in due time under the supervision of the Section Head.
- Prepares, standardizes and maintains the availability of reference standards, volumetric solutions, glassware, reagents and ensures their good handling and storage according to the approved SOPs.
- Responsible for keeping the retained samples of materials and products and their disposal according to the approved SOPs.
- Assist in B.A.R. for products and SOPs. of different section functions.
- Reviewing packing materials artworks prior to printing.
- Approving of specification of raw materials prior to purchasing.
- Achieving export requirements concerning finished good section, coordinating with raw and packing section.
- Determining lab requirements (chemicals, instrumental or accessories), and following up purchasing orders.
- Perform and document testing related to ongoing or long term product stability study
Job Requirements
- University graduate, faculty of pharmaceutical sciences or faculty of sciences.
- At least five years of practical experience in the same role.
- Oracle user.
