Job Description
- Leading Initiative/promotion operation preparation. Follow up on execution trend to achieve BIC results.
- Leading corporate/fundamental program preparation and execution.
- Exploring new opportunities and utilize potential growth from regular field visits and follow up on all categories.
- Execution of category management and Promotion planning.
- Develop and continuously update the planogram for each customer segment / channel and maintain central repository of planograms.
- Support sales team in meeting Supply & Demand (S&D) objectives of new launches & sales initiatives through communicating all relevant product information, merchandising and tracking tools and prepare sales rallies presentation material.
- Update merchandising guidelines regularly to incorporate new launches as per directions from the sales team.
- Support in developing category management initiatives & customer store layouts.
- Support Key Account Channel Manager in developing insight/ fact based selling proposals for new business acquisition opportunities.
- Collect and consolidate best practice reports and share with sales / key account teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any qualified degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a relevant field.
- From 8-10 years of experience.
