- Responsible for all operation and manage maintenance schedule for all systems (HVAC, Fire, Plumbing, Electricity,…).
- Responsible for all modifications in the center.
- Responsible for refurbishments in the center.
- Issuing purchase requests for needed materials.
- Responsible for performing routine (preventive) maintenance for building tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- Very good command of MS Office and Autocad.
- Good Command of English Language.
- Time management, problem-solving, attention to details.
- Port said residences.
