Job Description
- Recruit and supervise field interviewers.
- Interact with project team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of studies.
- Provide project management support to ensure data collection meets the study objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate all timelines.
- Schedule meetings for all assigned studies & duties to ensure project staff fully understands timelines, responsibilities and study specifications.
- Involved in quota management and monitor field (progress, incidence, timeline, response rates).
- Estimate costs and time to achieve data collection. Monitor progress, costs and develop recommendations accordingly.
- Distribute and monitor the participants` incentives.
- Troubleshoot issues with appropriate urgency and negotiate necessary changes (after discussing and aligning internally with direct manager).
- Check the quality of the conducted questionnaires (including the double visits with the interviewers) before delivery to the field manager as well as the QC Manager.
- Communicate study progress and discuss issues with researchers (after discussing and aligning internally with direct manager).
- Develop and keep good relationships with different team members.
- Any other relevant tasks by a direct manager or department function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science from a reputable university.
