Job Description
- Design required parts using CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Create/maintain & manage production schedule as per the production plan
- Manage raw material inventory.
- Execute 3D printing tasks at required standard.
- Assign printing and assembly tasks to technicians and assemblers.
- Continuously monitor printing to avoid material waste.
- Monitor and assess quality of 3D printed parts.
- Modify/adjust printer settings for improved quality.
- Ensure smooth operation of production and assembly.
- Assess functionality of final product.
- Maintain record of:
- Production as well as arising technical issue.
- Material used as well as common printing issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years of experience within manufacturing facility.
- Excellent CAD modelling skills (preferably SolidWorks)
- Good team working skills (Previous experience working within a team).
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent leadership skills demonstrated through previous experience.
- Fast learner.
- Good command and use of Microsoft suite.
- Basic record-keeping techniques.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English language.
