Job Description
- Prepare Monthly reports (Actual vs. Budget).
- Prepare Quarterly reports (Actual vs. Budget).
- Prepare the Monthly project cash flow.
- Prepare the Monthly consolidated cash flow.
- Prepare and report the annual budget and Business Plan.
- Assist in preparing the financial statement.
- Follow up the bank facility & requirements.
- Monitor the bank position & debt.
- Review the CRM requests and handling clients refund form.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in finance “planning, analysis and modelling”, with a background in real estate development.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
