Job Description
- Responsible for Ordering of Materials related to Siemens Healthineers
- Handling all Siemens Healthineers (DI/AT/US) Sales offering administrative process
- Follow up Tendering process (announcements, documents acquisition, Bonds issuance, offers submittal dates etc.)
- Monitor offers enhanced workflow among Sales, Business Admin, PM & procurement, including availability & documentation of necessary offer components (e.g. 3rd party offers, security checks etc.)
- Follow up availability & validity of offer pre-requisite and qualification administrative documents
- Receives, distribute & process all offers' related correspondences
- Following up Maintenance of the Sales team office facilities/services
- Supporting of administrative work within Sales team business details i.e. Hotel & Tickets booking Translating, presentations, reports, etc.
- Maintaining records; files correspondence and other documents
- Ensure top confidentiality of all related information
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in office administration
- Good experience in tendering process
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communications skills
- High level of English
- Proficient in all MS Office programs
- Time Management
- Ability to Work under pressure
