Job Description
- Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
- Set plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
- Create subcontractors database.
- Contact possible subcontractors on the market.
- Develop relationships with subcontractors and subcontractors and assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.
- Interacts with subcontractor when needed to resolve transnational issues and gather critical information.
- Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes .
- Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to assure supplier selection/material selection.
- Responsible of the implementation of the HSE procedures on his area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
- Years of experience from 5 to 7 years as a procurement engineer.
- High Negotiation Skills.
- High Communication Skills.
