Summary Profile:
- Responsible for the bookkeeping and administer financial status properly.
- Managing accounts for designated business areas including monitoring, controlling and reconciling data.
- Management reporting to business areas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Training staff to use ERP as required.
- Advising business departments on accounting matters.
- Maintain the quality of the standard process to comply with internal control, financial standard requirements.
- In conjunction with auditors preparing financial statements.
- Conduct bookkeeping and supervise the booking status of the company.
- Observe the account items and finance status and implement optimal treatments.
- Make a necessary analysis of B/S and PL and propose solutions for development and adoption to budget.
- Collaborate with other members to achieve organization objective.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the accounts closing of the company and conduct BS and PL account balance check for the company.
- To provide adequate support to other members in ordinary operation by utilizing other
- professional skills/knowledge or internal resource from regional offices and Headquarter.
- To take initiative to complete the closing and to build plan/budget for the company, by collaborating with GM of business depts and to support the reports to senior managements together with DGM, GM.
- To be responsible for banking transactions, including CMS or settlement with customers.
- To manage the internal and external auditing by coordinating necessary arrangement for Tax settlement in all related tax authorities such as Income tax, corporate tax, VAT and Real Estate tax.
- Awareness of related social insurance rules.
- Processing of payments and salaries calculations.
- To support research activity initiated by GM and DGM

- Team member of Accounting & Finance Department
- General managers and staff of Administrative department and business department
- Other CFO staffs of Middle East Blocks
- GMs and other staffs in EMEA CFO units and Headquarter CFO units
- Auditors and bankers, other professionals from financial institutions.
Job Requirements
Person Specifications
Skills/Knowledge:
- Extensive accounting experience., tax and finance.
- Accounting system (SAGE etc) skills is preferable.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- IT skills including Excel, Word etc.
Experience:
- More than 10 years relevant experience in accounting/tax/finance area.
- Experience working in a multi-national trading environment will be an added advantage.
Education:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent of accounting professional degree will be an added value such as CPA, CIMA or alike.
- Qualification of Accounting is preferable.
