About the Job :
- Identify Consultants’ performance and plot the needed PIP enhancing team performance
- Conduct regular meetings/coaching with Consultants reviewing their performance and PIP effectiveness
- Conduct a constructive session with subordinate to improve and/or enhance their performance
- Enhance the team members sales skills
- Motivate Consultants to achieve the targets
- Monitor and reports on the key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, Train the team members

- Fluent English
- Experience in same position is A must
- Excellent sales skills
- Target oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Call Center Experience is A must
- Tourism background / GDS Experience is Preferred
- Ability to manage and improve team performance
- Team/Performance Management skills
- Ability to monitor and coach team members
- Analytical ability and root cause analysis
- Willing to reallocate
