Job Description
- To closely monitor the functioning of human relationships and correlations in the school in such a way as to ensure early detection of problem, and report it to the Principal / Vice-Principal for the purpose of timely remedies.
- To enhance communication between the students, parents, administrators, and teachers.
- To contribute to the well-being of students through close daily supervision of playground duty; attempting to bridge any related gaps in collaboration with the teachers on duty. If the problem persists the principal is notified.
- To contribute to the moral and social growth of students through involving them more in school life (e.g. questionnaires) as well as exposing them to activities and events that are crucial to society (e.g. Campaigns supporting the Red Crescent; environmental campaigns, health campaigns)
- To apply mechanisms that enhance teachers', parents', and students' satisfaction with the school and its activities (e.g. questionnaires, phone calls to parents)
- To keep an eye on the school's place in society and its interaction with the outside community
Job Requirements
