Job Description
- Issuing air ticket.
- Working on Amadeus System.
- Planned and booked domestic and international travel itineraries, including computerized airline ticketing.
- Provided customers with information regarding travel.
- Deal with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Create PNR, Booking and issuing.
- Re-validation, Reissue and Refund.
- Using Amadeus facilities Master Price, Profile plus etc.
- Issuing travel insurance

- Excellent command of English and Computer.
- Experience on Amadeus Basic and Advanced.
- Ability to exceed sales targets.
- Effective sales presentations on a face to face level.
- Listening to customer's requirements and discussing products benefits.
- Excellent communication skills.
