Job Description
- Acting as CEO of the product with all stakeholders.
- Define a shared vision across the company for your product area, by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and clearly articulate rationale behind decisions.
- Serve as the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization. Display strong leadership, and execution skills.
- Deeply understand user needs, and how to best serve them efficiently.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead and motivate a cross functional team of engineers, and stakeholders while maintaining team health, resulting in the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch.
- Build, measure, and iterate rapidly.
- Design and track experiments based on hypothesis.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA (prefer computer science and Computer Engineering)
- Experience: 5 years
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience using data to solve business problems Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results
- Proficiency with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) and Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
- Good understanding of platform architecture & design, common integration approaches, security, data relationships, and interface capabilities
- Familiar with the TFS, Jira
- Solid UML diagrams experience is plus
- Relevant certificates are plus
