Job Description

Receivables

  • Follow-up what tax on customers
  • Gathering what tax receipts for each invoice

Payables

  • Review warehousing invoices from third parties: loading and unloading, trucking, storage costs …etc.
  • Processing & follow-up what tax on suppliers
  • Follow-up AL BADR (advance payments - reconciliation) Upload pdf invoices in ERP if necessary
  • Quarterly declaration

Admin

  • Admin task related to internal ERP (commercial) All admin tasks related to taxes (VAT, WHT, etc. ) Prepare all reports to need for the company’s Head Office.

Importation & customs clearance process

  • Communicate with local banks to issue form #4 for the new shipments and make e-payment for VAT & WHT Review clearance costs & invoices from clearance agents and costing of all cleared shipments
  • Settlement of the due amounts for our suppliers for all shipments at the relevant due dates
  • Record and track all bank charges & bank accounts movements
  • Handle the public security log and other requirements of civil defense authorities

Bank & cash

  • Follow-up cash movement on bank accounts Identification VAT+ WHT TAX directly debited In charge of collecting documents related to
  • Monthly report to the accounting department in Paris
  • Manage petty cash and record all expenses needed for the office.

Accounting

  • Assistance for annual tax return declaration
  • Declaration of annual WHT tax on customers (deduction) Assistance for all request related to the annual audit
  • Assistance regarding all suppliers payments (wht tax to deduct or not) Check intragroup invoicing between the 2 companies

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (experience in similar business will be a plus).
  • Excellent in English & French (written & spoken).
  • Excellent in using Ms. Office (Word, excel, …etc).
