Job Description
- Responsible for the General Ledger Section for the company.
- Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
- Follow up the daily work of the GL Section, make sure about the credibility of the account balances.
- Monitors and reviews the daily exchange treasury.
- Performs a periodical & unpredictable inventory for the company's treasury.
- Follow-up entries on the bank system.
- Prepares Daily & Periodical reports about the bank's position (bank’s settlement, facilities, loans, deposits, and interest).
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
- Generate and distribute account management reports on a monthly basis.
- Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations, and foreign exchange.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
- Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
- Follow-up to the fixed assets of companies (the current record assets, documents, the necessary actions to register new assets, documents and the necessary actions to exclude the assets, analysis and periodic reports about record assets and prepare a periodic inventory of the assets of the company …etc.
- Reviews and Confirms adjusting entries and the monthly closing.
- Prepares monthly reports concerning (Income Statement, Budget, Cash Flows, Budget Analysis, …etc.), present & discuss the reports with the direct manager.
- Coordinates with the Auditing firms to review the financial position (Quarter & Annual basis) on time.
- Delivers the required information & analysis submitted by the audit firm in order to complete Auditing issues and issuance of the Financial Statement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Exp. 3 years at least as G.L Section Head.
- Preferred CMA Certified.
- Preferred past experience in direct Sales and distribution companies.
- Has leadership charisma.
